It has been nearly a month since ‘Super Saturday’ and the reopening of our beloved hospitality industry. Some have embraced the reopening, while others are still wary to go out. Which ever one you are, if you feel like exploring Food & Drink events from the comfort of your own home, below is a guide to some mixed online events taking place in August.
1. Notting Hill Carnival
Sadly, Notting Hill Carnival for the first time in its 54-year history, like many events of these times has been cancelled. The organisers are however in talks about creating a way online, that people can still celebrate and honour the carnival from the safety of their own homes. You can keep up to date on developments and what will happen instead of the normal street event, from the official Notting Hill carnival website. Hopefully there will be a way next month that we can still bring the fun and flavour of the Caribbean into our own homes. So stay tuned!
