7 Food & Drink Ideas for Christmas Gift

🎁‘It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas’!! 🎁

Where has this year gone? Can you believe we are already in December?  With restrictions being somewhat eased in London this week, it feels like the perfect time to start thinking about Christmas gift ideas and looking forward to the festive season.  Therefore, I wanted to highlight and share with you all, several food and beverage companies that could help you find that perfect Christmas gift.  No matter where you live in the UK and what your current restrictions are, you can order online with all of these companies and they should be able to deliver nationwide.

Below is a list 7 Food & Drink ideas for Christmas gifts.

1. Hospitality Gin

Since my featured interview with Hospitality Gin, they have recently launched a new flavour of Gin with a kick.  The new Pineapple and Pepper flavour puts a unique twist on the classic formula with an irresistible savoury bite and fragrant spice.  However, if you want to go old school with a gin and prefer the more classic taste, then you can also buy the dry gin bottle range for a more traditional beverage.  As previously mention in my interview with them, Hospitality Gin is a not for profit spirit brand, whose aim is to support the UK hospitality industry and its people through the profit it makes. Therefore, buying a bottle will also be for a good cause. (You can also find out more about Hospitality Gin by reading our recent interview).

2. Queens of Mayfair

They have recently announced their bespoke hampers are now available to purchase, which includes luxury items such coffee, champagne, chocolate, cheese and charcuterie. In addition, they also have gift cards you can purchase and for coffee lovers, they are also selling luxury coffee capsule sets.

Why not show someone you care this Christmas with a gift voucher from the Avenue Cookery School. Their cooking classes are fun and interactive with lots of tips and tricks to learn along the way. With a wide range of classes to suit everyone, this is a perfect gift for a die-hard foodie or just someone that wants/ or needs to improve their cooking skills.

4. Liana Cocktail Company

I do love a good cocktail in the comfort of my own home; therefore, its great the Liana Cocktail Company have made it possible to be able to do this. They have a range of cocktail boxes that you can purchase which come with video instructions. Their videos feature a virtual bartender who explains everything from the spirit production, to adding the finishing touches to make your cocktail the best it can be. What also makes it a great gift to buy, is knowing that £1 of every box they sell will go to the hospitality charity, the Drinks Trust.

5. Youngs

As quoted by Youngs’s themselves ‘We’ve all missed the pub this year, so whether that’s a pint to enjoy with friends, the perfect Sunday lunch or an overnight stay in one of our gorgeous bedrooms, give the gift of time well spent this Christmas.   Our gift vouchers mean your special someone can choose their own feel good experience, to be enjoyed at a time to suit them’.  I couldn’t have put it better myself and with a range of pubs and boutique hotels across the UK, there will be plenty of dining and accommodation options to choose from.

6. Old Spike Roastery

If  you have any coffee lovers who you are thinking to buy for, then Old Spike Roastery may be able to help you.  They are the UK’s first social enterprise speciality coffee roastery, and 65% of their profits go directly towards training and employing those experiencing homelessness.  Purchasing anything from Old Spike is definitely for a good cause. You have a choice of choosing from their normal gift shop or Christmas gift shop range. The gift shop includes a choice of coffee subscriptions, a variety of coffee bundles and sets and the opportunity to attend a coffee experience event.
